Hello,
i have one use case like Leave Application in HR and there an employee apply for a leave to the bot, bot handles the intent and slots and sent it to the manager for approval. and as the manager response with yes or no, it will send the response to that particular employee about its leave application approved or not.
this two way bridge can be managed in Rasa or should i manage it by building a Controller for it?
