Rasa X Conversations - User Identity Not Displayed

Hello,

I noticed in the Rasa X documentation that the user’s identity displays in the Conversations as seen below:

In my Rasa X Conversations, the user information does not display.

Does anyone know how to display this user data? I am specifically looking to do so for Facebook Messenger like in the Rasa X docs example.

Hey @ccelotto, thanks for pointing this out! Turns out this feature was removed/deprioritized during the Rasa X release. But we are working on bringing it back soon!

Hi, is this feature still pending? Since at Rasa X, I only see the Facebook messenger ID but no names, also always “Demobot” without a way to change it.
