RASA X conversation does not save

Once I share the bot link with user to create the conversation, I could not see the new conversation file. Found unable to upload the file issue.

Docker version: Docker version 18.09.2, build 6247962 Python version: Python 3.6.9 RASA version : Rasa 1.3.6 Host operating system: Windows 10

Issue:

I sent the AI assistance Chabot link to few users to initiate the conversation. However I was not able see the content of conversation in the existing conversation file. Moreover I did not see new conversation file.

I found following error.
