Version: Rasa X 0.42.5 The conversations are not getting updated in Rasa X but the bot is working fine on Facebook Messenger. Also, the bot is not responding on interactive learning.

In the past I got the impression that Rasa X sometimes “hides” or “swallows” some exceptions. If you’re using docker, just like I was when I inspected its logs, maybe you could find something useful by checking its logs:
docker logs --tail 50 --follow --timestamps rasa_rasa-x_1
Facing this error when I check logs of rasa-production by your command. ERROR rasa.core.brokers.pika - Failed to publish Pika event on host ‘rabbit’ due to error '(320, “CONNECTION_FORCED - broker forced connection closure with reason ‘shutdown’”)
