Rasa X bot not answering

I just deployed Rasa X in Google Cloud Kubernetes cluster and Rasa X bot is not responding. See the image.

helm version: v3.5.0+g32c2223

Rasa: 2.8.3

Rasa SDK: 2.8.1

Rasa X: 0.42

What could be the problem? Please help

Hi @baurjanj. Are you able to talk to the same model in rasa shell on your command line?
