Rasa X 1.1.0 - Talk to your Bot (Interactive Learning) not working

I have Rasa X deployed in Kubernetes, connected to Rasa Training & Rasa Production OSS external deployments (all in the same namespace).

My Rasa X is connected to Github repository. The training successful & model is activated.

However, Talk to your Bot screen does not show anything.

Any help is appreciated

Check your network policies. Can you check the logs of the various pods?

Hey Johan, Glad I’m not the only one struggling. Based upon what I’ve gone through to get this working, I don’t believe very many people have taken a Rasa bot to production in a good way. Maybe if you have a blank Kubernetes cluster dedicated to Rasa, without any security practices the helm chart will work fine. I nearly have everything working now. Currently, I deployed everything using the Rasa X helm chart and am finally able to talk to my bot.
