Problem with Rasa Playground Training Data

I am completely new with rasa (Version: 3.2.4) and used the rasa Playground newsletter example, where I face an issue with the assistant training response.

If I try to use the chatbot with the given NLU, Response, Stories, Forms and Rules and train and talk to the assistant providing my email address I am not getting any answer from the chatbot.

Did someone else face this issue? It would be nice if there is any solution for that, otherwise its very confusing for newbies to understand where the issue is.

I would try duplicating the issue with rasa shell --debug so you can see what’s happening with the dialogue prediction.
