Need to deploy the Rasa server [rasa.chat.com] instead of [localhost:5005]

Hi Team,

I’m working on deploying the Rasa components in offline on windows environment, rasa server by default runs on localhost:5005, need to run it on [rasa.chat.com] instead of [localhost:5005].

I have my own domain name and static IP, I need to bind the domain name and static IP.

Can you point me to the place when I can get the implementation details?
