Hi team, RASA Chatbot is possible to connect to -Slack, Teams, Gchat, Whatsapp - channels with same intents(chatbot) How to work this at same time…?
@ShahidCloudsys , Yes, it is. Rasa has many channel connectors, like: your website, facebook, slack, telegram and many others. Check the documentation about channel connectors..
Go to Rasa Docs → Left Menu → Concepts → Channel Connectors.
