Hello, following the documentation of rasa, I want to do the human transfer. I followed the example published here rasa-handoff / actions.py en fa66c4f802d6edb1fb91bd59ab65dea4a736a40e · moaazsidat / rasa-handoff · GitHub , but it throws the following error: AttributeError: ‘Tracker’ object does not have ‘update’ attribute I am using the webchat GitHub - botfront/rasa-webchat: A chat widget for Rasa and Botfront

Hey @fmelossi, that code hasn’t been updated since September 2018 (rasa 1.0 came out in May 2019!) so it’s likely that the code is well out of date with the version of Rasa you are using. Another ran into that issue in 2019 tracker.update(ConversationPaused) is giving error. · Issue #3 · moaazsidat/rasa-handoff · GitHub and the maintainer didn’t answer, so I don’t think you’ll get much help from that codebase.

hello @erohmensing thanks for your answer, from what I saw there is still no implementation of handover to a human, am I correct?
