How to install Rasa X on Windows 10

Hello! I’m trying to install Rasa X using this command :pip install rasa-x --extra-index 1https://pypi.rasa.com/simple" ,I’m getting this message: Looking in indexes: https://pypi.org/simple, https://pypi.rasa.com/simple Requirement already satisfied: rasa-x in c:\users\fatima\anaconda3\envs\installingrasa\lib\site-packages (0.0.1) But when I run rasa x command I’m getting this mssg error: MissingDependencyException: Rasa X does not seem to be installed, but it is needed for this CLI command. @nik202 I tried to follow those videos steps before but I faced the same problem :frowning:

@Fatima can you share the screenshot of the problem?

@Fatima ok try to install virtul environment of python(3.6) and then try please.

Tip: In your virtual environment just install python==3.6 version. Hope it will work.

Check the command also please you using : pip install rasa-x --extra-index 1Simple Index (why1before https ?)

@Fatima Original command is pip3 install rasa-x --extra-index-url Simple Index (without 1)

@nik202 Thank you so much for your help I fixed the problem by uninstalling Rasa and reinstalling it
