Help with modifying the rasa chat widget

Hi,

I’m embedding a chat widget using rasa in my website and wanted to use something a bit more custom than the rasa chat widget.

First off, I just wanted the widget to be open persistently on the site without the user needing to click the icon to open the widget and I was hoping to customise the look and feel of the widget to match my site.

I went to Storybook - but that didn’t seem to allow for much customisation.

Any tips would be great.

Use webchat widget here by Botfront

Thanks. With Botfront it says that… “Version 1.0.1 of the rasa webchat is made to work with version 2.3.x and 2.4.x of rasa. Use 1.0.0 for other rasa versions.”

Does this work with rasa version 3?
