I shared a guest testing link from Rasa X with my broader team this week. On multiple occasions, the conversations testers are having with my bot are not showing up in Rasa X.
Any idea on why this would be happening or how I can try to debug what’s happening?
Are there any limits on how many people can use the bot through a guest testing link? I’m wondering if this is happening because multiple conversations may be happening at the same time.
I’m on Rasa X 37.0. Thanks!
