I recently have been investigating how to make our company’s sales and customer support processes better with LLMs or NLUs, mainly in the form of chatbots on the website or just better data categorization in salesforce and zendesk.

There’s a lot of software out there dedicated to this but Rasa seems pretty unique for how customizable it is. Is there anyone here with any knowledge on Rasa’s capability when integrated with these softwares?
