I have a challenging project and would like guidance, I arrived here on the forum because I found good references from Rasa.
What’s the Challenge?
Phase 1 - I need to integrate a chatbot with Zendesk, which will help the operators to solve the problems that arrive in the service. As the customer is typing, the bot will understand the context and suggest articles to solve the problem.
Phase 2 - With the knowledge with the operators, we need to put this bot now to carry out the direct service with the customers and only if it cannot actually solve the problem, it will overflow so that the continuity human.
Would rasa be the best tool for this? Do you have any material that can help me?
