Updates on Migration of Rasa OSS issues to Jira

Hey Everyone,

Wishing you all Happy New Year. A little while ago we announced that we are shifting all GitHub issues to Jira, please find the announcement here. All the GitHub issues have now been synced to Jira and the Authors have been notified about the changes.

This Jira project is now the new home for Rasa Open Source issues. The final stage of this migration is to close all the issues on Github, effective from the 9th of January 2023. Please reach out to us in case of any doubt. Thank you.

@sonam I see that the Rasa account has reached its licence limit. Will this be increased in the future?
