TLS/SSL error

Hi, I have created virtual env in pycharm and tried installing pip install rasa-x --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple

but I am getting this error.

This looks like an issue with your python environment. I found a discussion of this issue on stackoverflow with solutions for Mac and Windows.
