Installation issue with rasa-x on office laptop

I tried below command to install rasa-x:

``python -m pip install rasa-x --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple`

but it gave me below error:

But then as per the suggestions “This can happen if a corporate proxy is not allowing access to pypi.org.” I further tried to install rasa-x with below command:

python -m pip install --trusted-host=pypi.python.org rasa-x

But still I am getting below error:

Hmm, looks like the Can you install anything from pypi? If not, then it’s probably being blocked by a firewall.

Also, did you run the pip install rasa-x -i https://pypi.rasa.com/simple command from the second error message? Did that work?

You could also try starting a fresh virtual env to see if that resolves your problem.

I tried both ways pip install rasa-x -i https://pypi.rasa.com/simple and creating new virtual env but error is still the same.

I can install all other packages on python on my system except rasa-x. Even rasa is working fine on my system. I don’t know how this can be resolved. Can someone please help.
