Server internal error, code 500

Hi all,
I would like to upload a trained model in Rasa X. As suggested, I have tried via API, but I get this error:

The server’s log state that: Could not fetch runtime config from server

In Rasa Open Source the model works fine, I would like to know why I am getting the aforementioned error on Rasa X

Hi @SimoCanc, sorry for taking a bit to get back to you. Could you share the full logs around that runtime config error if you’re still experiencing this issue?

I have partially solved following this.
Now, I can upload the model in RasaX, but I get an unspecified error during train.

could you share some logs from the rasa-worker container when the error happens?

I have re-installed RasaX, now it seems to work
