I’m trying to work in Rasa X UI but seems everything was not working and getting error

Rasa Version : 3.1.0 Minimum Compatible Version: 3.0.0 Rasa SDK Version : 3.1.1 Rasa X Version : 1.1.1 Python Version : 3.8.13 Operating System : Windows-10-10.0.19044-SP0 Python Path : C:\Users\domz\anaconda3\envs\rasa_bank2\python.exe
when I try to relogin the admin it will load training data but not the models
any idea?
