Is it possible to remove records of conversations that were unsuccessful from that conversations tab? My feeling is that they are guiding the model into a bad state.

Hey @jabberlope, I don’t believe there is currently a way to remove conversations. However, your model is not trained on these conversations, so they’re not putting your model into a bad state. They are rather trained on your Stories, which you can find in the Stories tab. What is recommended to do with unsuccessful conversations is to copy the conversation up to where it went wrong to interactive learning – then you can fix what went wrong and add it to your stories so that the same problem doesn’t happen again
