Hello everyone, Happy New Year, We want to integrate our custom chat widget(based on Botfront webchat) with Zendesk. More specifically when a user asks to talk to an agent they will be able to live chat through our chat widget using Zendesk.
The example helpdesk-demo bot includes an example of handing off the user between two Rasa bots. You would use the same approach to transfer a user to a live agent.
Yes, the issue is webchat (by botfront) has a slightly different functionality from chatroom, so I wonder if someone had an approach on the webchat option.
Melinda customized chatroom to add this feature. It would be nice to add this to botfront web chat.
