Rasa-X not responding docker after upgrading from 0.32.1 to 0.34

Hi,

We have been using Rasa-X v0.32.1 with a docker over the past few monty. We upgraded for Rasa-X v0.34 today, but Rasa-X doesn’t respond back. It does not identify the intent/story, and does not utter back.

Can you please support us? What might cause this erroneous behavior? How can we debug it?

What is the rasa opensource version you are using?

We use the vesion Rasa Open source 2.1.0 .

A lot of people are reporting issues with Rasa 0.34. Better to downgrade to old version

This is not the answer I was expecting. Already the previous version had this bug. When can we expect a working version? Can anyone help to solve the problem?

Now we upgraded for Rasa-X v0.35 today, but Rasa-X doesn’t respond back. It does identify the intent/story, but does not utter back. We have convert nlu and story file. The domain file has been converted. However, the file cannot be uploaded to the new Rasa X. intent/story files converted and uploaded on Rasa X 0.35.

Can you please support us? What might cause this erroneous behavior? How can we debug it?
