Hi @Shima-Mohammed,
What version tag do you use in the nlu.yml file? At least for me there was a bug when I used version: '3.1'.
When I switched to version: '3.0'everything worked just fine. Does this also help for you?
thank you for replying i have installed another version of rasa which is rasa 2.8.0 and rasax 0.42.2 and now it’s working fine
