rasa version：2.3.3 rasa x version：0.37.0

Rasa has been deployed to docker，and the rasa shell works. but the rasa x UI does not work properly，always reply “…”

@father-liang Update to 2.7.x or 2.8.x for rasa and rasa-sdk and for Rasa-X 0.39.3. @father-liang Even, do check the terminal while running rasa-x and share the error.
