Rasa X start fails with a :SSLError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] . Reason will be probably our hardware firewall. For the installation we used the pip parameter --cert to overcome this issue. However, we could not find a parameter to start rasa x and use our self-signed-certificate. Any idea how to overcome this issue? Thank you Uli
Just to add - we run rasa x on a ubuntu 18.04 server. Our certificate has been imported to firefox already.
We tried to to use the ssl-certificate parameter - but this does not resolve the issue. It still throws the ssl error. Any idea how this can be resolved?
@Uli could you post the full stack trace of the error?
we have reinstalled rasa on a fresh Server and all worked out.
