Rasa starter-pack

Hi All,

I new to ML/AI and Rasa, I was trying to build a sample chatbot to understand its workflow and component in ubuntu. I am trying to download the starter kit in ubuntu using url -https://github.com/RasaHQ/starter-pack-rasa-nlu/ but it didn’t exist. Could you please help me get the starter pack to start and learn Rasa framework.
