Rasa not writing to db

Version: Rasa X 0.36.0 i deployed rasa with docker-compose and some conversations are not written into DB

hi @b22sk2 can you provide more info? do you see any errors from the logs in the containers, how do you know messages are being dropped, etc. Anything you think would be helpful for us to debug!

There are no error logs in a container. When I go to rasa -x , it displays messages from yesterday. When i text with my bot it replies correctly but I could not find the conversation from the DB.

hmm interesting, do they never show up or show up on a delay? also, is it just this screen or do they not show up in the NLU inbox too? your messages could be saved but under the same sender ID as an older conversation
