HI i have two look up table. I have location and other is about products. Location table have location lie usa, iran So when user type USA ner_crf recognize it. But if user type usa its ignoring it even it is in lookup table.
Can we config ner_crf in such way that it recognise USA and usa same.

I didn’t try the look up table yet, but I think the section “fuzzy matching” in this article : Entity extraction with the new lookup table feature in Rasa NLU is what you’re looking for.
(Or maybe just put usa instead of USA in your look up table since spacy transforms all tokens to lowercase by default, but I’m not sure about that)
