I installed RASAX in linux AWS Server machine. When I try to use the section “Talk to your bot” I get below error message.

Message ‘hi’ could not be sent to environment ‘production’."
Please help!!!
Do you have the ports setup in the security group? How do you have this Rasa X deployed, are you using our install.sh script with the docker compose setup?

pip install rasa-x --extra-index-url https://pypi.rasa.com/simple
I was able to solve this issue by killing the processes in ubuntu and Uninstall RASA X and Reinstall again!!! Thanks for replying back
