Migration of Rasa OSS issues to Jira

I’ve been thinking about the migration of Rasa OSS issues to Jira, and I get how important it is to keep everything organized. Transitioning can be a bit of a hassle, but once it’s set up, it helps track progress.

One thing I found super helpful is understanding the difference between epic and story in jira. An epic is like a big umbrella that covers a whole feature or project, while stories are the smaller tasks that fit under that epic. It’s kind of like a book, and its chapters are excellent.

This setup makes it easier to manage everything and see how all the pieces fit together. Taking the time to categorize issues properly can save us headaches.
