Is there a way to create custom "commands"

I would like to know if there is and option to create custom commands, such as /restart, to trigger some actions during a conversation.

I’d like to trigger a form without users’ interference. Something like, after some time, pass a command and trigger an event.

Is there a way to do this?

You can overwrite the Default Actions to meet your needs

I know that. But I mean if there is a way to create a brand-new action, in which after saying, for example, /order, the bot know that has to do something I programmed on the stories/rules.
