Single action for multiple intents AND automatic custom action trigger

Can anyone tell me how i can ise single action for multiple responses in rasa open source. ???

And

How can we trigger a custom action automatically whenever user talks something with bot. I dont want to write my custom action in stories. Is there anything that automatically triggers a custom action.???

Not sure I understand what you’re trying to accomplish but you might want to look at a custom NLG server as described here.
