Incompatible versions after clean install

I’m getting this message from rasa run actions (after a clean install):

utils.py:159: UserWarning: Your versions of rasa and rasa_sdk might not be compatible. You are currently running rasa version 1.9.7 and rasa_sdk version 1.10.0.

What are the correct versions of rasa and rasa_sdk I should be running, and how do I get it fixed?
