How to transfer the conversation from the bot to a physical agent

I am new to chatbots and I am discovering RASA and I would like to know how to transfer the conversation from my bot to a physical agent. I took a look at the example with the financial-demo and helpdesk-assistant bots but it’s not very clear

What do you mean “transfer to a physical agent”? You can have any interface communicate with the rasa server to process things.

I mean by that, that when my chatbot is unable to process a request, that it can transfer the conversation to a person

Ah! We call that “Human Handoff”. Here is a tutorial on that. :slight_smile:
