Hi, we are running Rasa on Windows machine as localhost. But we can access Rasa URL from other orgnization systems using virtual machine name.
But my company’s Slack is not accepting my Rasa url as it is not public. How I can convert Rasa local host URL as public without ngrok or similar tools ?
Well you need to make it available on a server connected to the internet, via Ngrok and similar tools as you said, via a cloud provided like GCP or AWS, or via an on-premises (private) server.
This is not related to Rasa, and the process is the same no matter what you want to make publically available.
thank you. Do you have an example or steps how to make URL public if Rasa is running from on-premises ( private) server ?
We are running in this way but Slack does not find it because it is not public.
So you already have a server open to the internet? Can you ping it from outside the network?
If yes, then there is a problem with Rasa. If not, sorry but here is not the place to ask, you will have to look it up on the internet (maybe this post can help)
