How to configure proxy for rasa production

Dear All,

I setup rasax on kubernet cluster and my cluster behind proxy. I configured channel is webexteam. I got messages request from webex to rasa production but rasa production could not send back message to webex. it caused by proxy … but i dont know how to configure proxy for rasa-production.

I tried to set proxy on /etc/profile and also /etc/envirenment but not work

Please advise this.

Can you explain more about your proxy?

How do you reach the rasa_production pod/container? In a default installation you would hit nginx, which routes to rasa_x, which routes to rasa_production. Do you see any messages in the logs of those containers?
