How can I handle the conversation if I get "There is no memorised next action"?

Below are my question.

  1. How will I come to know that I have received “There is no memorised next action”?
  2. If I know that error "“There is no memorised next action” is occured how can I divert the conversation to specific action?

Hi @patilpooja, you will receive a There is no memorized next action when the path the user follows is not accounted for in your stories. If there is no memorized next action, the TEDPolicy can jump in to predict the next action. What does your policy config look like?
