I’m unable to handle the user conversation when he interrupts the current conversation and move to next can somebody help?
Hi @Reddy-adarsh, what approaches have you tried? Have you added examples of interrupted conversations to your stories, or set up retrieval actions for FAQs, or added a fallback policy?
