Facing rasa setup issues in mac Apple M1 Pro

I’m using python venv(Python-3.7.16) in mac apple m1 pro.

I’ve installed rasa & created a project. When I run the shell command, I’m getting the below error & I’m not able to proceed with the testing. Please help.
