@kingofpop27 update this in domain.yml please

forms:
  user_details_form:
    required_slots:
      number:
        - type: from_entity
          entity: number
      alphanumeric:
        - type: from_entity
          entity: alphanumeric

Note: Indentation is very important in rasa, so please check this link : Forms

@kingofpop27 can you delete the older trained version and train the model and run rasa shell --debug rather running and stick on only one command rasa data validate please.
