Can not install rasa: building wheel for numpy error

Error installing rasa in anaconda environment. In requirment.txt my numpy version 1.20

Hi, I am also facing the same error when I am trying to install rasa on my machine. Can you pls advise? Tried 5 times, getting same error and I tried to install with the below commands and still facing same issue

pip install -U setuptools pip install -U wheel

Please install Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater

Hi, Thanks for your message. Installed Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 and tried installing Rasa again. Still facing same issue. Pls advise?

Please install C++ build tools as shown in the snapshot. After installing, restart the system. Thereafter install rasa.
