Installation error on Windows

I am trying to install Rasa X with pip version 20.2 and receive the following error,

Here are some details of the version: Rasa Version : 2.7.1 Rasa SDK Version : 2.7.0 Rasa X Version : None Python Version : 3.8.10

I have tried to install Microsoft C++ Build Tools, but the error still persists while installaing rasa x. Could you help me out with this?

@nik202 Hey! Are you referring to the installation video? If yes I did check that but no luck with that.

Download and Install C++ build tools.

Here I uploaded the Lib and Scripts folders of a Rasa virtual environment, you can download them and extract them in the root of your virtual environment folder :slight_smile:

@CuFFaz Thank you this helped! Turns out there was an error while install Microsoft Visual C++ Build Tools which was fixed through a reinstall.

@ChrisRahme Thank you for sharing the files. It seemed to be an error with build tools installation which was fixed after a reinstallation. I hope the files shared will help others!
