when I try setup with ngrok, my bot works fine. But when I am trying to use it from server I am not getting response from the bot on telegram. below is my config for server
I also forwarded port 5005 to 443
As i know it’s simple way, Restarting the server may help resolve the issue . Bot hosting issues: Bots are usually hosted on external servers, and if the hosting server is down or experiencing technical issues, it could prevent the bot from functioning properly.
@jorgia34 thank you for your inputs, The screenshot which I share also contains the that server is working fine as I am getting response from rasa there "Hello from Rasa " . I have also shared the telegram config can you check and let me know if config is correct, if yes then what might be the issue?
