Hi All,
My bot isn’t able to remember the context of the conversation.
Below are example of 3 different intents for 3 different conversations.
Example: Your plan is activated . Do you want to activate new offers ? Do you want something else ? Do you want mode information regarding new offers ?
For all of the above questions , the answer will be “Yes”. But the intent that is classified doesnt remember the above context of the conversation.
How can I improve this ?
Please help.
