hey @sagarvanave, can you tell me the version of the packages related to tensorflow from pip list command?

tensorboard 2.1.1 tensorflow 2.1.0 tensorflow-addons 0.8.3 tensorflow-cpu 1.15.0 tensorflow-datasets 2.1.0 tensorflow-estimator 2.1.0 tensorflow-gan 2.0.0 tensorflow-hub 0.7.0 tensorflow-metadata 0.21.1

hey @sagarvanave, can you upgrade your python version to Python 3.6.9 and check since I am using Python 3.6.9 and Rasa 1.8.0 on Ubuntu 18.0.4.

Let me know if this helps
