Currently I don’t use any action server for my Custom Channel. Now, I want to send an auto message from RASA when there is no response from the user for 5 mins. How can I achieve this without an Action server?
If you’re using a web widget for the front end, you can customize the widget.
Hi Stephens, Thanks for your response. I am not using widget. I am using sunshine Conversations to send the responses to Whatsapp, Messenger and Insta. Currently, all works fine. Now I just need to send a message if the user doesn’t respond in 5 mins. What would be the better way to do this?
