Hi Rasa Experts,
One of our customers has built their text chabot (customer service) using NLTK and OSS Python stack for deployment. They believe NLTK is better because you have super flexibility to code as per requirements.
We are considering Rasa as we have heard good things about the stack and community. Please help with real-world pros and cons so I can present the value proposition of using Rasa.
