my rasa is 1.3.6,i use the Knowledgebasebot this example find a question,first you rasa train is work and when you rasa run actions ,you will find error like this :
how to solve? You can go find this file：rasa_sdk\knowledge_base\storage.py，line136，add encoding=‘utf-8’,then rasa run actions is success. The above is the problem I found, I hope everyone can make progress together.

So updating your rasa and rasa-sdk versions should fix it.
