When I try to pip install rasa on python for the purposes of developing a chatbot, all I get is this error.
“ERROR: Error [WinError 225] Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software while executing command python setup.py egg_info ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [WinError 225] Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software”
I uninstalled every anti virus software I can think of, disabled my Windows Defender and somehow this problem still persists. Even went as far as trying to repair file explorer, fix the windows backup and run the disk cleanup utility followed by restarting the laptop, but none of them worked either. Still trying to do a full scan of my laptop. Do I really have to hard reset my laptop if the full scan doesn’t work?
